print_qiime_config.py – Print out the qiime config settings.

Description:

A simple scripts that prints out the qiime config settings and does some sanity checks.

Usage: print_qiime_config.py [options]

-t, --test

Test the QIIME install and configuration [default: False]

-b, --qiime_base_install

If passed, report only on dependencies required for the QIIME base install [default: False]

Output:

This prints the qiime_config to stdout.
